You will have to first go the practice set of the question type you just tried and locate the set you just finished.
Now, you will have to click on view and you will see the screen as below:
If you tap on the questions, they will unfold and you will see your answer as well as the correct answer. Now, you can call your tutor and show your answer. If your tutor finds that you answered incorrectly, your tutor will help you understand why you answered incorrectly and will also give you the explanations for the correct answer.
